I was informed by the former supreme court justice of Michigan recently that
this tea party is a civic movement, currently sweeping the country in opposition to
Obama's policies, i.e. too much government intervention into our private lives, including
higher taxes, etc. He was one of keynote speakers at a local gathering of the tea party.
I felt that the above description was fairly accurate and informative.

Republicans were the original source of the mandatory health insurance as above.

AS WE ALL KNOW, Boston Tea Party is the holy movement of American forefathers
against the British invaders.
However, this Present day Tea Party is for breaking of American Unity
and the defending of the racial segregation.
Now, Republicans (McCain and Palin) are leading the Latter Day Tea Party,
while they were the major culprit of the mountains of national debt
(by Subprime disaster and Irag and Afghanistan war) and mandatory national health???

Whom do they want to cheat?
Republican zombies should think about their leaders.

These days many of my patients ask me what I think of Obama's plan.

"I don't pay much attention but I don't like anybody telling me what
to do. We are only professionals  in this country constantly reminded
What We Can Do, What We Cannot Do and What We should Do", I usually say.

"I think I shall not be around when his plan becomes reality we have
to live with". I usually add.

"You mean you're retiring?", they ask.
"I might, instead of killing myself to make ends meet. For the past five
years or so, we doctors lost about half of our income. They're talking
about another 21% cut for our payment. We are Human Being too
that needs Income to Eat, to Enjoy Our Life, to Go On Vaction To Get
Away From This Constant Stressful Business, if you call it business.

What do they think of us? Are we here to do volunteer work for free?
They, people in general, think All Doctors are Rich.(Part of it is our fault,
which I don't have to mention)

They are wrong. Let me tell you a little statistics. Average annual income
for One Million Doctors in this country is about $180,000 in gross before
taxes. They fall under the category of Tax Benefiting Group, if they apply
'Under $250,000 Annual Income Rhetoric'.

We're Working Poor, Working 24/7.

Do they know that? Why do they always target us and scrutinize constantly?
I cannot take it any more. We are not here to be their punchbag"
(I have to stop here, even though I can go on till I overload our site.
And I realize I start to lose my mind)

"We need you here, Dr.Bang"
("Then Join Tea Party Movemet" I usually say to myself silently)

Someday I might write another book by "Doctor X', a story behind our
profession, lashing out all those years I worked to the public.

Any objections?

PS; I read "Intern(1965) by Doctor X" right before I started my residency
in this country. It was old book written by a doctor exposing what he saw
and experienced during his training.
