This is a good photo editing program with frame, resize, watermarking, and etc.
This was written by a Korean programmer and it has been free.
His website has been closed for a while and there's no way you can download
this program file any more.

You need to study a bit.

You can either :
1. Right click, and you will see another menu, and then click "download", and then "Save".
