As part of our commitment to provide the best infrastructure for your services, we have scheduled an upgrade of MySQL (to version 5.1) on your server, bacon.surpasshosting.com, which hosts snucmaa.us. We encourage you to please read the details below carefully: Scheduled Date and Time: Wednesday, April 22nd, 2015 @ 12:00:00 AM EST Maintenance Window: 8-10 Hours Datacenter Location: Orlando.DC2 Maintenance Type: In order to prepare for the coming server upgrade this weekend, we will be upgrading the version of MySQL on your server, bacon.surpasshosting.com, to version 5.1. The differences between the current version on the server (5.0) and what we will be upgrading to are for the most part simply performance upgrades, particularly with InnoDB. As it stands, all of the major CMS software supports MySQL 5.1 so there should be no issues there with compatibility (unless you are using some custom coding which we recommend you upgrade to ensure it is compatible with 5.1). Estimated Downtime: We understand the importance of minimal downtime while performing maintenance and for this reason we will do everything we can to expedite the procedure. While the upgrade should be completed within 6-8 hours, we are putting a 10 hour maintenance window to allow some time just in case there are delays. During this window the server will not be going down, however you may notice service interruptions for applications using MySQL and PHP for up to 4 hours throughout the duration of the procedure. We do apologize for any inconvenience and ask that you please plan accordingly. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to submit a support ticket or contact us through our Live Concierge Chat system. Warm Regards, SurpassHosting LLC 2603 Challenger Tech Court Suite 140 Orlando, Florida 32826 United States of America

Please Note !!
The basic Database program (MySQL) of our website will be upgraded again.
They have to do it in order to keep up with the advance in the software.
Also, this is what makes our "password system" into a chaos.
This is not a major upgrade, not like the last one we had when we lost all password of the members.
But still there is a possibility that our password can get non-functional.
This upgrade process will happen on Wednesday (4-22-2015) at the midnight, EST.
If your password does not get accepted when you log in,
please, simply, "Re-Join" the website as if you are a new member,
by using new ID, password, and E-Mail address.
They have to be new, not same as your previous log in.
If you don't have another E-Mail address, please just make a fake one.
It will work. We do not use your e-mail anyway.
If the password problem recurrs, I am really sorry for your inconvenience.
It's not only our website. This can happen to other website as well.
