After investigating for more than a year, the House committee probing the Jan. 6 attack
on the Capitol on Monday culminated its sweeping investigation by announcing it would make
multiple criminal referrals to the Department of Justice against former President Donald Trump
on multiple charges related to his actions surrounding riot at the Capitol... Abridged...

Jan 6 committee refers their findings to DOJ for possible criminal charges
on Donald Trump
Four Charges that the committee wants DOJ to proceed
1. Obstruction of an official proceeding
2. Conspiracy to Defraud the U.S.
3. Conspiracy to make a false statement
4. Incite, assist or aid an insurrection
After all, the focal point is in number 4 that is a rebellion,
but most of legal experts are skeptical about the DOJ's possible criminal
charges on it. But its political implications on Trump and
GOP could be largely damaging. In particular, majority
of the independents will agree to the findings of the committee
and leave Trump. Unfortunately, 45% of Republicans want
Trump to be a nominee in 2024, and it will cloud the perspectives
of GOP that have to deal with so many Trump supporters.
The white supremacy and Trumpism will take a long time to disappear
from American soil. The chances are that I will not see the day when it disappears.
However, our Korean descendants will overcome by their courage and intelligence.
I will let the Republican continue their stupid belief of the Trumpism
and let them gradually disappear from the American political scene.
We will need a new political party that will hold and control the Democrats.
Here comes the final verdict by the January 6 Committee.
The freedom and justice of the U.S. will survive despite the crazy, moronic,
and cheating regime by Donald Trump.
This will be referred to the Department of Justice for a final disposition.
Trump and his cronies should be criminally charged and sent to the firing squad
or sent to jail for the duration of their lifetime.
