Instutionalised corruption in Russia

러시아의 청렴도는 세계 127위이다. 우크라이나는 144위 이다. 

많은 우크라이나 사람들이 러시아로 이주 한다. 더 잘 살기 위해서다. 

동부 러시아 즉 시베리아에 우크라이나 사람들이 많이 산다. 

그들은 스타린이 공동 농장을 우크라이나에 추진 할 때 시베리아로 

수 많은 사람들이이주 했다고 한다. 현재 러시아에 사는 우크라이나 사람 인구

는 200만이 넘는 다고 한다. 

러시아 군대가 고전하는 이유도 군의 부정 때문이라고 한다. 정부 예산이

군장성들의 호주머니로 들어가고 방위산업체로 부터 뇌물을 챙기기

때문이다. 그리고 허위 보고가 푸틴에게 들어 가고 푸틴은 서류의 숫자만 믿고

전쟁을 하고 있으 니....

공산주의자들이 자본주의를 욕하지만, 이건 똥묻은 개가 겨묻은 개를 욕하는 격이다.

공산주의의 이론과는 달리,  그본성은 원래 부정부패, 빈부의 격차가 그 핵심이다. 

소련이야말로 극 소수의 지배 계급이 양민을 착취하는 그 모순의 세계적 증거가 된다.

The God tries to be fair but the communists are denying the fairness by him.

However (This is a big "However"), we should leave them alone under communist regimes.

Let them stay where they are right now. Don't try to get rid of the communism.

The U.S. will have much easier time to maintain the "Superiority-패권" over Red China and Russia.

If both nations and people turn into a democracy, they may turn into un-beatable enemies.

We shall leave them alone in the communist hell. They will self-destruct all by themselves.

This is the best and easiest way of getting rid of Rissians and Red Chineses out of this world.

The cold war, not the real war, should be maintained.
