For an unknown strange reason, this webpage took a long time to get listed at the Freeboard list page.
It appeared much earlier at the list in the index page.
Right now, there is another webpage of Dr. Ohn at the index page but does not appear at the Freeboard.

Are you uploading this webpage from your cellphone?
When I test-uploaded a webpage from my computer, it was listed at both places immediately.
(I removed it after the test. So it is not there now.)

It seemed that it has something to do with Data Cache management in my computer or in XE system,
or some complicated data transmission problem between the writer and the website..
Dr. Ohn's article is still not on the Freeboard list at this moment,
even though it is at the list in the Index page.
