Asian-Americans in Georgia woke up and played a critical role

in bringing on Joe Biden's victory.

This article describes in detail how Asian-Americans there have developed 

their progress as a new political force.

My wife and I made several trips to Korea Town in Gwinnett  County 

when we lived in Michigan. We felt that Korea Town in Georgia was better than

LA Korea Town. We thoroughly enjoyed our visits there each time.

It was 780 miles from Detroit so we would drive and spend a night usually around

Smokey Mountain on our way there and back.

It was such a pleasant drive with such a beautiful scenery.

Atlanta Suburbs Bloom for Blacks

Over the last decade, affluent, professional African Americans have poured

into the Atlanta metropolitan area faster than any other region in the country,

and many are settling in predominantly black suburbs, such as Lithonia, in

southern DeKalb County.

*When I lived in Rhode Island, I visited Atlanta area and Columbus, Georgia almost every April

to play golf with friends. I was awed by so many beatiful pine trees standing upright through the

sky on the red soils and sprawling suburb houses in between them. There are so many neatly

manicured challenging golf courses with reasonable prices. The weather in Georgia in April

is perfect for golfing. It is the month of the Masters and azalea is blossoming. After golfing

we visisted Koreatown in Duluth, Georgia and enjoyed Korean food there. It was the perfect

combination.
