In california prisons, there are many exhibitionists.
 A male exhibitionist usually pulls down his pant and shows his genital to females.
This disorder is classified as mental illness. We call it in prison, IEX (Indescent Exposure)
I often see them as they become depressed when they get convicted and their prison
sentense gets prolonged and becomes "suicidal."

I ask them "why did you do it?"
often, I hear the answer, "females like to see my sex organs", "I did a favor to those females."

Males often do "streaking", running naked in public, which often causes a laughter.
I saw a patient who got arrested once by police when he was running naked in Berkley.

He said the judge excused him for the first offence, when he said he had some eczema near groin and
a doctor told him to keep the area dry, that was why he ran without a pant early morning in Berkely.

Second time, he did again joining a nude demonstration against "Animal cruelty." Judge send him for the
treatment of mental illness this time.
In fact he was suffering from schizophrenia.

But when females show their sex organ, naked breasts, many males laugh and enjoy the spectacle?
I do not know if they get punished with jail sentense.

Now it seems those female exhibitionsts made an organization called "FEMEN"
and do their thing during the public events, using good pretext, e.g. against whale hunting, againt
Arab countries's treatment of women, etc.

This is often compulsive and they cannot control themselves.
If they do in public, they get convicted and go to jail.

In prison, if they do it, they get locked up first time.
Second time, they go to court and prison sentense gets prolonged.

Female exhibitionists often join some kind of protest movement.
Demontration againt animal cruelty or a female right movement.

I hear today a  news, the FEMEN group (Ukrania Women's Right Movement Group) did nude demonstration
in London Olympic against Arab countries' Oppression against women's right! 

It is not only human being who does it.
I heard even female Chimpangees show their reddend genital area to male chimpangees
around ovulation time.

It will be very intersting to know many of these female demonstrators are in ovulation period?
