The food banks fear shortages as demand surges.
It is sad to see the long lines of cars at the food banks nationwide. Most Americans do not save.
Many of them can not save. There are more "Cash Check Places" than McDonald's in America. Many of
them can not wait until the payday before they run out of the money they need.
More than 44% of Americans do not pay federal income taxes. Yet the only economic policy of Republicans is tax cuts.
It has been making the rich richer and the poor poorer. The gaps between them have grown wider. The number of the middle class
has been dwindling down. Jobs that grew during the Trump administration were "low paying jobs". The number of Americans who
are living check by check might have been growing rapidly. If they do not go to work for a week, they do not have the money
to buy the food. Trump made the appearance of America great but the virus showed us how the real America is.
