"Bei Mir Bist Du Schoen"

Bei Mir Bistu Shoen은 " To me you are beautiful " 이란 뜻의 매우 유행한 유태인 노래로 Jacob Jacobs 가 작사하고 Sholom Secunda 가 1932년 유태인 Comedy Musical인 "you could live, they don't let you" 를 위해 작곡한 곡입니다. Brooklyn의 Parkway 극장에서 One season 만 공연했읍니다.

이곡은 English Lyric 을 쓴 후 유명해 젔으나 이름은 유태인어로 "Bei Mir Bistu Shein"를 써왔읍니다. German 말 로도 나왔으나 독일어를 쓰던 Max Raabe 는 유태인의 말로 노래했읍니다. 1937년 호텔 주인인 Sammy Cahn 이 African-American이 부르는 것을 듣고 그노래의 저작권을 $30 에 사서 Song의 Lyric을 다시쓰고 음도 More Swing music으로 만들어 아직 알려지지 않은" Andrew Sister"로 하여금 11월 1937년에 녹음하게 했읍니다. 그러나 Major Hit 을 하여 세계적으로도 유명해 젔읍니다.

1943년 같은 Tune 의 Russian song 인 Anti-Nazi 를 빙자한 노래로 Leonid Utyosov's Jazz Orchesra가 Record했읍니다. 2015-2015년 Figure skating 신동 Japanese 인 Mao Asadark 가 Figure Skating 음악으로 선택했읍니다. Nazi Germany 에셔도 매우 유행 했으나 이곡이 Jewish가 작곡한것을 알고 곧 금지 했읍니다. 마지막 Soviet 시대에 비슷힌 음악인 "In the Cape Town Port" 는 Leningrad의 유태인인 Pavel Gandelman가 작사하고 Russian singer 인 Larisa Dolina 와 Arkady Seveerny 가 노래 힜읍니다. Swedish 도 같은 tune으로 "Bar ner mig sjon" 뜻은 "Carry me down to the Lake" 가 있읍니다.

여러 나라에서 영화의 곡으로 도 쓰였읍니다.
